A set of towels and bed linen is provided per guest (1 large towel and 1 small towel).
For stays of 11 nights or longer, a change of bed linen and towels is offered halfway through the stay or weekly.

Monday to Friday: From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Fincas Benidorm, Avenida de Madrid 23.
After 7:30 PM: At Apartamentos Don Gregorio, Avenida de Roma 8 (until 3:30 AM).
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: At Apartamentos Don Gregorio, Avenida de Roma 8, from 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
Check-out Time: Between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Security Deposit: A pre-authorization on a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) of €200–€250 is required. This amount will be released after check-out, provided no damage has occurred and the keys have been returned. The release will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days.
Pets: Allowed upon prior request. Supplements may apply.
House Rules: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No youth groups or parties are permitted.
