If the client resigns or does not show up, he will lose the amount paid in advance to reserve.

Special requests

Requests for high floors, low floors, glazed terrace,... and other types of requests will be taken into consideration, but in no case is their granting guaranteed.


At the entrance of the accommodation, the amount between €150 and €250 will be delivered by credit card (visa or mastercard) as a deposit that will be returned during the 7 days following departure, unless there has been some type of damage. , dirt... in the apartment and when during the stay the rules of the community are not respected or the warnings made by Fincas Benidorm regarding noise, inconvenience, etc,...


The entrance to the apartments will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In the event of arrivals outside Fincas Benidorm's opening hours, the place to collect the keys will be agreed with the client. The exit of the apartments will be between 10:00 -10:30 in the morning.

Right of expulsion

The occupation of the accommodation by a number of people greater than that established in the reservation, and the non-compliance with the rules of the community and the non-compliance with the warnings of Fincas Benidorm will cause immediate expulsion without the right to reimbursement of the amount of the reservation.

Cleaning and changes

In all the apartments, the floor will be cleaned and the towels and sheets will be changed weekly for stays longer than 11 days. If the client wishes, changes and extra cleanings can be made that will be paid separately.
