Keys must be collected at Fincas Benidorm, Avenida de Madrid, 23, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

If your arrival is between 7:30 PM and 3:30 AM, keys must be collected at the reception of Apartamentos Don Gregorio, Avenida de Roma, 8.

Saturday
From 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (subject to availability), key collection takes place at Fincas Benidorm.

In the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM, keys must be collected at the reception of Apartamentos Don Gregorio, Avenida de Roma, 8.

Sunday
Keys must be collected at the reception of Apartamentos Don Gregorio, Avenida de Roma, 8, from 4:00 PM to 3:30 AM.

Check-out: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Security Deposit: €200–€250 pre-authorization on credit card (Visa or Mastercard), refundable within up to 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found.
